On–Site MBA

Corporate University
Many corporations have gone the route of creating complete corporate universities. The University of Indianapolis offers two methods for creating a higher education presence within your organization.

Customized Curriculum
On–site programs offer the opportunity for organizations to modify the traditional MBA curriculum to reflect their unique needs. Within the boundaries required for accreditation, topics can be added, dropped or modified at the firm's request. Courses are also offered on a calendar schedule that matches the operating times of the facility, rather than the traditional academic calendar. This allows students to complete the degree in two years. Most accredited part time programs take much longer.

Corporate and Employee Benefits
Many benefits accrue to an organization that is able to improve the education of its employees. Job satisfaction, employee retention and many other benefits will accrue to both the organization and the employees.

Establishing an On Site Program
Most on–site programs originate with the employees. Prospective students may work with the University to establish a strong business case to justify the organization endorsing an on site program. Employees and employers are encouraged to contact the Director of Graduate Business Programs to begin the process and learn more about how this program may benefit your organization.
